How it works

From first click to cool air — here is what happens when you quote with EasyCooling. No obligation until you choose to book.

  1. Enter your postcode — We confirm we cover your area and explain what happens next for your property type — house, flat, or commercial unit.
  2. Answer property questions — Tell us about rooms to cool, approximate sizes, outdoor unit location, cable runs, and any access or listed-building considerations.
  3. Receive your quote — Our team reviews your answers, confirms system sizing and install routing, and sends a fixed VAT-inclusive price — or arranges a short survey if your property needs one.
  4. Book your installation — Choose a convenient date. Your engineer installs and commissions the system, registers manufacturer warranties, and walks you through the controls and aftercare.

Get a fixed online price, without a salesperson in sight.

You answer

Tell us about your rooms, property type, and where the outdoor unit could go. Most customers finish in under five minutes — no site visit needed for standard installs.

You pick

Choose from fixed-price packages sized for your home, with optional finance and a calendar of available installation dates. Everything is confirmed in writing before you book.

We fit

Your local F-Gas certified engineer arrives on the day, installs and commissions the system, and walks you through the controls — leaving your home tidy and ready to cool.

What our customers say

Real reviews from homeowners across London and the South East.

Booked on Sunday evening, fully fitted by Tuesday. The engineer was tidy, explained everything clearly, and the bedroom is finally comfortable in this heat.

Fixed price online, no awkward sales visit. The quote matched the final bill exactly — wish more trades worked like this.
— Rohan, GuildfordResidential
Three rooms cooled from one outdoor unit. Pipework is discreet, noise is barely noticeable, and the whole job was done in a day.
— David, SevenoaksMulti-room
Our home office was unbearable every summer. Now it stays at 22°C quietly — running costs are lower than I expected too.
